Coaching Services

WHEN YOU NEED SPACE TO MAKE IMPORTANT DECISIONS

Coaching is best way to get a specific, actionable plan to move you closer to an equity goal. Coaching plans are perfect for those who need short-term or ongoing guidance. Plans include (1) regularly scheduled 60-minute call per month, as well as email support.

  • A 60-minute virtual coaching session to help you identify concrete steps for overcoming an equity roadblock or challenge

    • Coaching on-demand is the quickest way to start an engagement.

    • A coaching call is perfect for leaders who need ideas, specific guidance, and support.


    Cost: $325 (pre-paid)

  • Executive coaching is a good option for leaders who:

    • Need to navigate current or future organizational shifts

    • Need additional support to build equitable practices into their leadership approach

    • Seek a nonjudgemental, honest space to problem-solve equity challenges

    Cost: $1,500 for a 3-call package or $2,600 for a 6-call package. Fees are billable.

  • Ideal for 3-10 person teams. Small group coaching is great for leadership teams who:

    • Are struggling to adopt new practices

    • Are a new team comingn together

    • Feel their racial equity approach is stuck, and a coaching could offer strategies for getting "unstuck"

    • Want to work on an area where a new or updated system or tools are needed

    Cost: $4,500 for a 3-call package or $7,800 for a 6-call package. Fees are billable

  • 3-Call Coaching Plan

    A bundle of three (3) 60-minute calls to work through specific areas identified by the client. Coaching bundles are 1:1.

    Cost: $1,500 - 3 calls used within 3 months

  • 6-Call Coaching Plan

    A bundle of three (3) 90-minute calls to work through specific areas identified by the client. Coaching bundles are 1:1.

    Cost: $2,600 - 6 calls used with 5 months

Using coaching on-demand is the fastest way to start a coaching engagement.
