Coaching
“Our team had a wonderful experience working with Stamey Street Consulting. From the initial conversations about our proposal through the completion of the project, Stamey Street was a conscientious thought partner. Their team brought multidisciplinary expertise to the work and were explicit and transparent in the explanations of their approach.”

What you can expect from a coaching engagement
Use to solve specific leadership challenges or build team competencies
Stamey Street offers group and 1:1 coaching for clients who need specific, personalized support in their racial equity journey. Here are some examples.
Small group coaching is great for people who:
Are interested in applying a racial equity perspective to a specific area of work, for a project or within a team
Feel their organizational racial equity work is stuck, and a coaching could offer strategies for getting "unstuck"
Want to work on an area where a new or updated system or tools are needed
Executive coaching (1:1) is great for leaders who:
Need to navigate current or future major organizational shifts
Seek additional support for building equitable practices into their leadership approach
Seek a nonjudgemental, honest space to problem-solve organizational challenges to equity
Coaching is most effective when leaders seek systemic, cross-functional practice change within their organizations. Recommended for team leaders in nonprofits, philanthropies or businesses in Phases 2, 3 or 4 or leaders with titles like Executive Director, President, or Board chair.
