Custom Engagements

What you can expect from a customized engagement
Use to solve specific organizational challenges
Stamey Street offers customized engagements for clients seeking systemic, cross-functional practice change or deep work in one area. These engagements are typically long-term, usually 6+ months, and involve adaptive and technical work across the organization and within teams. Clients who engage Stamey Street for a custom project have access to the full range of my services – depending on the project’s scope of work.
Recommended for nonprofits or businesses in Phases 2, 3 or 4.
A customized engagement includes

How to start an engagement
We start each engagement with an in-depth discovery process that produces an “Equity Why” for the project before we start our work together. Here are two things to know about Stamey Street’s discovery process.
It is often more than one phone call, though a call is how we start an engagement.
I’ll want to connect with a small group of staff as part of the process.
