Why work with me

I am a seasoned organizational development consultant with a racial equity focus. My work with nonprofits, philanthropies, and private businesses, uses a systems-focused approach in four key areas: Leadership, Values and Identity, Systems and Processes, and Organizational Behaviors.

In my years of working under the DEI umbrella, I learned racial equity and organizational development go hand in hand.

Creating an equitable workplace requires organizational development using a systems-focused approach and a racial equity focus.

“My work is systemic. It focuses on policies, practices, and protocols. I am most interested in where equity lives inside organizations and its surrounding culture, which is almost always found in ‘the how’ of everyday work.”
